The following terms and conditions of use are terms of a legal agreement between you and Agent 24 Middle East FZ LLC (collectively or individually, as applicable, referred to as "Databot", "Company" "we", "our", "us") and govern the terms and conditions of your use of and access to our services and our content including, without limitation, text, datasets, reports, video, audio, graphics, tools, analytics, functionality, reports, products and information (collectively, the “content”) displayed on our site or delivered to you via chatbot, email etc. By accessing and using any of our services including this website, Whatsapp chatbot or variation thereof you agree to be legally bound by these terms of use and you confirm that you have the legal capacity to be bound by these terms of use. The terms "you" and "user" refer to anyone who uses our services. The term chatbot means a computer program that automates a conversation and is capable of transmitting property data and other content via messaging application Whatsapp. If at any time you do not agree with the present terms of use, you must stop accessing and/or using our services.

Availability and accuracy

We may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. Databot may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of our services without notice or liability. The content was believed to be accurate at the time it was published or provided to you upon your request via our chatbot. We regularly update the content. We provide all content on an "as is" and "as available" basis and we shall not be responsible or liable in any way for the timeliness, accuracy, or applicability of the information provided to you. You are responsible for checking, confirming and satisfying yourself as to the accuracy of the content.

Refund policy

Databot has a no refund policy. All sales are final. There are no refunds. For cancelled subscriptions which are being paid for on a monthly basis, billing will stop on the time of cancellation. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Databot no refund policy.

Use of services

You may not (a) use the services to provide a third party access to the services, or any portion thereof; (b) use the services to develop any database or other information resource for internal use, create compilations or derivative works of the content; (c) transfer, publish, distribute, broadcast, sell, or sublicense the services, or any portion of the content; (d) sell, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the services to any person, firm, or entity; (e) decompile, disassemble create by reverse engineering or otherwise, the source code from any object code accessible as part of the site or services; (f) use the services in any other inappropriate, objectionable, harmful or illegal manner; (g) use, copy or otherwise access any restricted-access portion of the services or any content or materials contained in any such area of the services for which you have not been subscribed and invoiced by us. If for any reason, you access or permit others to access any such content or materials which have not been licensed to you, these terms and conditions apply to your use of such content and materials and you agree to pay all applicable charges; (h) violate or attempt to violate the security of the site and/or the services, obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to or use of any elements or portion of the site and/or the services; (i) log into a server or account which you are not authorized to access; (j) use this site and/or the services or make any attempt to penetrate, modify or manipulate this site and/or the services or any of our hardware or software; (k) attempt to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including without limitation, by submitting any harmful code, worm or virus to the site and/or the services, any denial of service attack, overloading or attempted crashing of the Site and/or the Services or the software or hardware used in providing the site and/or the services; (l) assist or permit any persons in engaging in any of the activities described above.

Databot makes no representation or warranty, and disclaims any RESPONSIBILITY FOR liability with respect to your use of our services or THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICES. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption or loss of profits, business, reputation arising out of the use of or the inability to use the services. IN ADDITION, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LIABILITY THAT RESULT OR ARISE FROM THE RESULTS OF YOUR USE OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE AND/OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE SERVICES.
